Food was our top priority for our wedding day and we wanted it to be a beautiful family style set up, but most importantly unique dishes that most of our guests likely had not experienced before at other/traditional weddings. Between Wood Fire Food's cooking/grilling set up to their staff to their thoughtfully paired dishes, it was the highlight of the evening. We worked with Wood Fire Food on the majority of our day of needs, ranging from food to tent, to equipment rentals, etc. Dan was extremely personable and made effort to get to know us personally and strived to create dishes that represented us and/or our tastes. In addition to all of the food preparation, they created handcrafted signature cocktails and identified wines to paired with our meals, all which were well received by our guests."
