Join us Presidents Day Weekend as we take over the 1883 Tavern within the historic Stewart House Hotel, Athens NY for an evening dedicated to romance and fulfilled palettes. Curated by Chef Daniel Sabia, this special occasion will feature a 4-course Pre-Fix Dinner, complemented by the option of a carefully selected wine-pairing. Additionally, our guests can indulge in specialty cocktails available for individual purchase. All of this unfolds within the timeless elegance of the Stewart House & 1883 Tavern, where the Art Deco bar and dining room are adorned with hand-painted murals and intricate tin ceilings.

We’re starting the 2024 season off by connecting friends old and new for an intimate dinner of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences. We are partnering with our favorite coffee shop in Ulster County; Josies! Chef Daniel Sabia and Vanessa Piazza are combining their attention to detail, and their love of the cultures they were raised on, to curate an experience that will be a night to remember. Cocktails will start flowing at 6pm with some small bites for you to enjoy. Followed by a four course wine paired dinner that will create the perfect stage for stories to be told, memories to be made, and the ceremonial passing of the plate to new faces across the table.
